LIFEhouse  a place where anyone is welcome to drop in for a chat about anything - problems you may be facing with work, families, faith, or just life in general OR just a place to relax with a drink and a book and chat with friends.

We have a lending library so call in to have a browse!
Drop in anytime for a cup of coffee, tea, cappuccino or herbal tea and relax in the lovely reception/lounge area. Put your feet up and read a paper or book and just take time out.

We will soon be featuring LIFE stories from the people we meet in LIFEhouse so you can see what is happening. In our first year we have had nearly 400 visitors mostly from outside of a church background and handling a huge range of issues from - homelessness to housing benefit, drugs to disputes with neighbours, health worries to finding work.

We also run a FOODbank from Lifehouse. The Food Bank is a ground-breaking concept designed to help individuals and families in crisis by providing free emergency food until the appropriate agencies are in a position to assist.

Tinned and dried food is donated by the public  and other local groups and "banked"in one of our storage rooms.

Food is then given to people in crisis as a result of referrals from registered care professionals such as Social Services, Health Visitors, and other carers working in the front line and sometimes to individuals that just come in off the street who are clearly in need.

Come in and see us we are open
Monday to Thursdays 10am to 4.30pm
Fridays 10am to 2.30pm
