One of our core values as a church is "to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up" (Ephesians 4.12). We attempt to 'put teeth on' this conviction through our varied training courses.

At the heart of BCC training are Biblical, down-to-earth, and interactive courses such as "Freedom in Christ", "Blowing your Cover", "Prophetic Evangelism" and our own "Putting the Life back into Life Groups". We also tackle specific subjects on leadership, singleness, youth ministry, women's ministry, marriage, or workplace.


Overall though our longing is to have a training emphasis permeating the whole of our church life. So in areas such as children and youth ministry. Life Groups or worship team there are opportunities to 'learn on the job'.
