Is there a difference in your mind between walking with God daily and have a sabbath rest?
What are the elements of blessing in sabbath?
In theory if you had a day set aside every week to sabbath, what would you put into it to bless you personally and your relationship with God?

3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

8 Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the Lord God called to the man, ‘Where are you?’
